WINTER WONDER
Silvery bells I can hear
Gentle on this winter wind
I look for magic everywhere
As winter wonder starts to begin
Frozen ice flowers, snowy trees
Surround the secret frozen lakes
As I drop onto my knees
I listen to the sounds they make
In this icy wonderland
Frosty, frozen flora feels
Like icy fingers on my hand
Pinching, stinging, while I kneel
Forest creatures roam around
Foraging silently on the hill
Nothing breaks this quiet sound
All is silent, all is still
The forest now a silent stage
Actors stilled until the spring
The tall oak trees bent with age
Wait for the sun to dance and sing
